Cannot Access Account
We have switched to a new website platform as of 3/1/17.
We are able to offer you more options, less technical issues, and a more secure shopping experience with our new website, but your account information, order history, and previously ordered digital content has not automatically transferred over. You should have received an email with an account activation link that would allow you to activate your previous account on our new website. If you did not, please check your junk or spam email folders or contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request the activation email be sent again.
Once you activate your account, you should see your previous address and personal information, but you will only see order history for orders placed after 3/1/17.
For any digital products that you purchased before our website transfer on 3/1/17 we are happy to still get your content to you if you need it, but we will have to do that manually. Please contact email@example.com or call 800-351-7541 to begin that process. Please be patient with us as we are receiving many of these requests and our team here is very small. We will respond to your request as soon as we are able.
