Downloading MP3s

You can access MP3s that you have purchased by logging into your account at BrilliantBookHouse.com. When you first log in you will see a list of your order history, including order numbers and the dates the orders were placed. Click the underlined order # to for more information. From there you will see a link at the bottom of the page that reads, "Click Here to Download your order." This link will take you to a list of your downloads from this order.

If you do not have an account set up or are having trouble accessing your account, you should also have received an email with the links to your digital content at the time the order was placed. Try checking in your spam or junk email folders to see if it was filtered there or you can contact support@brilliantbookhouse.com or call 800-351-7541 for more help.

You should be able to simply click the link of the specific file to initiate the download.  All of our MP3s download as .zip files (a compressed file format, makes it quicker to download), so you will have to open the files using a specific program that can handle the .zip file type.   Most computers should already have a program like this installed but mobile devices may not. If you do not have one you can look for any number of free options available online or through your app store; we suggest using WinZip. 

If you have a .zip program already you should be able to simply click on the .zip file to begin extracting the MP3s automatically. You will want to save the folder of MP3s with the rest of your music files and open using iTunes or the music player of choice.  For instructions on importing files to iTunes you can click here.

If you purchased an MP3 before 3/1/17 and are no longer able to access the files, you may need to have your digital content transferred over from our previous website. Please contact support@brilliantbookhouse.com to begin that process.
