Send a Gift Overview

All users have the Send a Gift shortcut on their left side navigation when logged into their Brilliant dashboard.

Clicking Send a Gift takes users to the Select your send type page where, depending on your company Storefront settings and which Storefronts a user has access to, they'll be able to choose from the following options:

  • Add to an existing Preferred Gift Campaign
  • Send a gift via email or link that collects gift selection and address information from teh recipient via a Quick Send
  • Send a gift directly to a recipient whose address you have on file via a Surprise Send
