Past Fraud Incident

On Monday, October 14, 2016 the Brilliant Book House website experienced a security breach that may have affected certain customer’s credit card information if an order was placed that day between 3PM and 2AM (PST).

However, we urge you to be vigilant with your personal security; if you made a purchase at Brilliant Book House on October 14, please review your credit card statement for any suspicious or fraudulent activity on your account. If any fraudulent activity is found, you will not be held responsible for the charges. Please contact your bank or credit card company as soon as possible to report the activity.

We deeply regret this inconvenience and we have since upgraded our security significantly including a more secure website platform as of 3/1/17. We participate in ongoing security assessments to ensure our site remains a safe and secure place for you to do business.
